How will I be paid for my car?
You will receive a company check.

What if I still owe money on my vehicle?
We will help with the paperwork. If there is a balance owed we will call your finance company to determine the balance. If the balance owed is greater than our offer to purchase, the difference is called “negative equity”. You can either pay the negative equity or in some cases include the negative equity in the financing when you buy another vehicle from the Hondru Auto Group.

How long will the process take?
The process takes approximately 30 minutes depending on customer volume.

Can I get my car appraised online without bringing the vehicle to a dealership?
No, one of our appraisers must be able to inspect and drive your vehicle before we can make an offer to purchase your vehicle.
