I have a 2016 Compass and I bought in 2018, I never had a big issue in motor or transmission, I just have one mechanic problem in 6 years, for me is the Best SUV - 5.0
My Jeep Compass

In spite of the negative ratings for it I really like mine — 50K miles now, runs and and drives great. 21 mpg city, 25+ hiwy. Still looks new and hasn’t cost anything except fluid changes. I do 35K on the CVT and run AmsOil cvt fluid —very smooth and quiet. Wouldn’t trade it for anything else! - 4.0
This is a great small little vechile.

It runs very good, kept oil change and new tires in 2024, every 3,000 miles. Minor cosmetic changes. I need a smaller car.
